Product availability, lead times, sizing, branding and delivery requirements are confirmed during checkout or quotation. Custom and branded orders may require approval before production.
Orders, quotations and payment
Online orders are subject to successful payment and stock confirmation. Corporate quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. Production begins after the required approval and payment conditions are met.
Delivery and returns
Delivery timing depends on stock, customisation and destination. Please inspect goods promptly. Returns must be authorised before shipment; customised, embroidered or specially manufactured products may not be returnable unless defective.

We collect only information needed to process orders, respond to enquiries, support customers and meet legal obligations. Personal information is handled responsibly and is not sold. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where legally applicable.
